Human Resources Coordinator - HR
Location - Palatine, IL
Job Responsibilities
- Maintaining company HRIS system
- Communicating with employees of all levels as well as senior level management/ownership
- Responsible for assisting with/managing payroll, time-off requests, and employee reviews
- Compliant filing of employee files (applications, Form I9's, etc.)
- Assisting in recruiting efforts
- Completing new hire onboarding
Requirements
- Exposure to all facets of HR either in a generalist capacity or reporting directly to an HR Generalist and/or HR Manager
- Possess a minimum of two years' office environment experience
- Experience working with an HRIS on a daily basis
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Proven strength in Excel is a plus
- Must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills
