About the Role
The Talent Coordinator will be responsible for supporting human resources tasks, including onboarding new corporate associates, HRIS management, administering employee benefit programs and supporting engagement initiatives for corporate and corporate center associates.
A Day in the Life
- Provides administrative support across the human resources functions, including recruiting, employee relations, compensation, benefits, training, and/or employee records, etc.
- Supports corporate and corporate center associates with routine, day-to-day questions.
- Keeps associate records up to date by processing new hires, transfers, terminations, and changes in job classifications in all HR systems in a timely fashion.
- Manages HRIS-based employment records to ensure the records are current and accurate.
- Responsible for collecting and maintaining accurate records in all HR technology solutions including HRIS, performance management, learning, and expense systems.
- Assists with the implementation and execution of human resources practices, policies, and programs including HR technology solutions and platforms.
- Administers benefits packages by advising associates of eligibility; providing insights and information on plan design; verifying enrollments and submissions, as well as, notifying associates of approval.
- Supports the resolution of matters pertaining to employee benefit programs, including life, health, disability insurance, medical/dependent care spending accounts, COBRA, income continuance, and paid time off as well as retirement and pension plans.
- In partnership with Sr. Manager, Talent, coordinates and executes open enrollments, changes, and training for employee benefits programs.
- Validates data entry to ensure data integrity and support routine reporting requests, including running monthly reports.
- Conducts new hire onboarding for new associates by hosting new hire orientation, providing new hire resources; reviewing company policies and benefits information, gathering withholding and other payroll information, etc.
- Creates and maintains end user documentation and training programs for related HR processes, technologies, and solutions.
- Maintains all HR metrics, reporting and budgets.
- Supports company-wide recognition programs, team building activities, engagement, and wellness initiatives.
- Assists with maintenance and coordination of employee recognition programs.
- Maintains organizational charts and detailed job descriptions.
- Processes associates' queries and respond in a timely manner.
- Maintains compliance with federal and state regulations.
- In partnership with Sr. Manager, Talent and Director, Internal Communications, assist with the preparation of internal employee communications regarding compensation, benefits, and/or company policies, etc.
- Assist talent team with preparation of appropriate documentation as needed.
- Stay up-to-date and comply with changes in labor legislation.
- Performs other duties as assigned.

Education and Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field.
- 1 - 3 years of Human Resources Experience.
- Experience managing an HRIS.
- ADP Workforce Now experience desired.
