What You'll Do:
The Human Resources Coordinator is responsible for supporting Munchkin's Talent Management processes and plays a critical role in executing best-in-class and employee-centric talent management. This position owns onboarding, offboarding, employee life-cycle changes, time and attendance, benefit administration, and project management support.
Essential Functions and Responsibilities:
  • Be a brand ambassador of Munchkin and serve as a point of contact for all HR-related inquiries such as benefits, leave, time and attendance, training and development, among other areas supported by Munchkin HR
  • Own and manage on-boarding process and employee life-cycle changes
  • Support proper maintenance of our HR system (UKG), employee files and forms management, including records
  • Conduct new hire onboarding, orientation and training, and other human resources training as needed
  • Work with HRBPs and Managers, support the 30-day, 90-day onboarding process
  • Distribute and manage New Hire, Stay and Exit Interview surveys; run monthly survey reporting
  • Process and maintain temporary and contract staff files in accordance with contract and licensing requirements and regulations
  • Identify onboarding process improvements and implement best-in class candidate and employee experiences throughout all stages of talent acquisition and the employee life-cycle
  • Responsible time and attendance, benefit and leave administration
  • Provide program management support for rewards & recognition, learning and development, performance management, compliance, training, and health & safety, and employee engagement programs, among others
  • Responsible for benefit administration including monthly billing audits, updating 3 rd party benefit platforms, assisting with employees on benefit questions.. Assist with annual Open Enrollment programs
  • Maintain and update company organizational charts, open requisition summaries, and other personnel summary/tracking sheets; assist with internal/external audits; provide monthly reporting
  • Takes ownership of HCM data integrity to include necessary data entry, partnering with HRIS and Talent Management Team on projects, updates, and information requests
  • Other duties may be assigned and provide administrative support as needed

You will have:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field preferred
  • 3+ years of Human Resources experience
  • Knowledge of legal aspects of benefits and general HR and hiring employment laws
  • Experience with data management and administrative support
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (including Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Experience using HRIS, including HCM, ATC, Recruiting, Onboarding, Talent Management, among other HRIS platforms.
  • Strong written and oral communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills with superb attention to detail
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills with the ability to articulate complex topics and interact with all levels of management and associates
  • Proven experience in effectively managing time, prioritizing, and meeting deadlines. Must be able to multi-task and perform with excellence in a fast-paced work environment
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information/situations with solid judgment, discretion, and empathy
  • Must be a team player and approach work with a positive attitude
  • Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills is a must

Hourly rate of pay range: $24-$28/hour
