This is an exciting opportunity in Indianapolis, Indiana for a Human Resources Data Analyst.

Summary:

As an HR Data Analyst, you will work within the HR Technology team to produce reports, design/create dashboards, and perform data analytics that measure trends or results within the human resources function. The role will work independently and with multiple HR areas to identify issues, analyze data providing descriptive, diagnostic and prescriptive solutions analysis. Reviews complex sets of information to reach conclusions and leads the process of collecting and reporting on new data.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collect and analyze data pertaining to HR functions, seeking to identify trends or relationships
• Develop and maintain standard scorecards or dashboards
• Prepare ad hoc analyses or reports
• Perform complex data manipulation or modelling in support of critical business decisions
• Work with HR and/or functional leaders to identify and capture key performance metrics in their areas
• Provide data summaries or statistical analysis for use in strategic planning or decision-making
• Identify data issues and gaps, such as missing or inconsistent information in Workday
• Prepare end-user documentation or training materials as needed
• Support regulatory reporting requirements such as Affirmative Action, EEOC, etc.
• Other duties, as assigned

• Management information is produced accurately and on time
• Engaging with the business - client satisfaction and business engagement and process
• Leading and managing change - data integrity and availability
• HR administration delivery excellence

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree

Experience:

• 2+ years of experience in role related to the analysis of data, with a preference for HR data, or the ability to train for and obtain a certification in data analysis within six months
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office products
• Proficiency in Workday preferred
• Quantitative, analytical, and problem-solving skills and the ability to consider the impact of strategic business decisions
• Experience with data visualization and familiarity with a broad base of analytics tools is preferred

Scope:

• Global oversight of data reporting and analysis

Travel Requirements:

• Travel up to maximum of 5% of time domestically
• Any requirement for International Travel would be infrequent
