As an HR Development Program for HR Operations Center located in Moline, IL, you will....
- As an employee in our Human Resource Development Program (HRDP), you will experience two, 1-year rotational work assignments which could include assignments in our HR Operations Center or Centers of Expertise (COE). COE assignments could include Leadership Development, Employee Experience & Engagement, Compensation, Benefits, Talent Acquisition or Diversity, Equity & Inclusion. No matter what your assignment, you will be presented with the opportunity to develop a solid foundation of diverse experiences, build your network, and explore career paths.
What You Will Do:
While your responsibilities for each rotation will vary, they will likely include:
- Consulting with internal customers to design and deliver talent solutions.
- Providing coaching to management and employees regarding company policies and procedures.
- Assisting managers and employees with resolving human resources issues.

What Skills You Need:
- Intellectual curiosity and a positive attitude, with a passion to learn new things and tackle challenges.
- Currently pursuing or recent college graduate with a Bachelors or Master's Degree in Human Resources, Management, Organizational Leadership, or a related degree.
- Minimum GPA of 3.0 on a 4.0 scale required or 2-3 years of relevant full-time work experience.
- Flexibility and willingness to develop an understanding of multiple HR areas and processes.
- US Visa sponsorship is not available for this position
