Compensation: Depending on Experience

Employment Type: Full Time with Benefits (Paid PTO and Sick Time, Medical, Life, Dental, Vision, and 401K)

Schedule: On-site Monday through Friday 9:00 a.m.- 5:00 p.m. 

JOB DESCRIPTION: Human Resources Generalist

We are looking for an enthusiastic Human Resources Generalist to add to our growing team at Headquarters in North Scottsdale. The candidate must be upbeat and have a positive disposition at all times. Applicants with exceptional written and verbal communication skills are strongly encouraged to apply. The ability to multitask as well as the ability maintain an organized work environment during high volume hours is essential. This position requires someone with a high attention to details. The Human Resources Generalist is expected to remain professional at all times and maintain confidentiality. This position requires someone who is collaborative and driven with impeccable time management skills who also desires to be a part of a growing company.

Human Resources Generalist Job Responsibilities: 

• Post and maintain positions to our job sites and applicant tracking system

• Organize all logistics and scheduling of phone screens and interviews

• Lead interviews with applicants for all types of positions

• Assists employees with Health and Benefit questions, issues, and enrollments 

• Perform Health and Benefit audits to ensure enrollments and deductions are accurate

• Performs changes for employees in the HCM platform as needed 

• Assist with HR related communication to staff

• Assist with maintaining physical and digital Personnel Files 

• Oversee HIPAA and Sexual Harassment compliance 

• Maintain complete confidentiality of all HR-related information 

• Participate in HR projects/activities as needed

• Other duties as necessary 

Requirements/Qualifications 

• Bachelor’s degree is required

• 2+ years experience in Human Resources 

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills 

• Works well under pressure and meets tight deadlines 

• Highly computer literate with capability in email, MS Office and related business and communication tools 

• Fantastic organizational and time management skills 

• Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills 

• Meticulous attention to detail
