Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborative Leadership: Partner with site leaders to drive business performance, foster innovative solutions to challenges, and create a safe, inclusive, and engaging work environment.
- Human Resources Excellence: Support the implementation of core HR functions and champion continuous improvements that align with the company’s long-term HR vision.
- Talent Acquisition: Collaborate with site leadership and the Talent HR Center of Excellence to meet talent acquisition needs and ensure we attract the best candidates.
- Total Rewards Support: Assist in managing pay changes and ensure alignment with company standards for compensation and benefits through the Total Rewards program.
- Conflict Resolution & Team Support: Help leadership address and resolve team member concerns, ensuring a positive and harmonious workplace.
- Compliance & Regulations: Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local HR regulations, including maintaining collective bargaining agreements (where applicable).
- HR Data Management: Maintain and ensure the accuracy of HR data, ensuring timely updates and compliance with reporting requirements.
- Corporate HR Implementation: Actively communicate and support the rollout of HR initiatives across sites, ensuring alignment with corporate HR goals.
- Payroll & Benefits Assistance: Assist with the processing of payroll and manage benefits inquiries, ensuring employees receive timely and accurate support.
Additional Responsibilities:
- Support site leaders in strategic HR initiatives.
- Contribute to enhancing the employee experience across locations.
Minimum Qualifications:
- High School diploma or GED.
- At least 1 year of progressive experience in Human Resources or a related field.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and HR software.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with all levels of the organization.
- Highly organized with excellent attention to detail and the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks.
- Analytical mindset with a proactive problem-solving approach, and the ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
