Human Resources Generalist

Infinx is actively recruiting an HR Generalist to join our Human Resources Team. The ideal candidate is a people-oriented HR professional with a passion for efficiency, problem-solving, and continuous learning.
The HR Generalist will:

• Serve as the first point of contact for employee inquiries, demonstrating excellent interpersonal skills and a customer-service mindset
• Manage end-to-end onboarding and offboarding processes with a focus on creating positive experiences for new hires and departing employees
• Efficiently handle HR administrative tasks, including HRIS data management, employee file maintenance, and benefits administration
• Proactively identify and address potential HR issues before they escalate
• Partner with cross-functional teams to implement HR initiatives and improve processes
• Stay current on employment laws and regulations, ensuring compliance in all HR practices
• Contribute to the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures
• Assist with special projects and initiatives as needed

LOCATION: Hybrid – Typically, 2 days in-office per week at our Spring / The Woodlands, TX location. On occasion, this role will require additional in-office support (for example, during open enrollment).

Minimum Job Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in HR, with a track record of increasing responsibilities
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• 3+ years of experience with HRIS systems and other HR platforms
• Multistate HR experience (California experience preferred)

Preferred Skills and Background

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• PHR or SHRM-CP certification
• Experience with Paycor HRIS system
