Job Details:
Frazier & Deeter seeking an HR Generalist who will serve as the “one-stop shop” HR contact for the firms employees to deliver exceptional, high-touch HR partnership. This individual will measure and monitor the needs of employees by building and developing relationships across all levels of the organization. The HR Generalist will utilize diagnostics to address and understand organizational dynamics, implement and refine long and short-term continuous improvement activities while managing day-to-day people issues.
Primary Responsibilities: (other duties may be assigned)
- Partner with our leaders to provide human resources expertise to the business in the areas of employee relations, employee development, compensation, organizational development and more
- Partner with PeopleOps to implement and improve people processes
- Manage employee relations issues, including leading internal investigations and providing recommendations for resolution
- Leverage the internal culture and mission/vision/values to inspire and engage employees
- Create strong relationships and partnerships to ensure outstanding and full-service support to the business
- Partner with leaders on small to large scale organizational re-alignments and other change management initiatives
- Support the People & Culture team as needed on strategic HR initiatives including Performance Management, Workforce Planning, Learning & Development, DE&I, Compliance, and Recruitment
- Advise the business on regulatory employment law in concert with Legal
- Champion the use of metrics and analytics to measure the effectiveness of people practices and proactively address or anticipate potential challenges to the business
- Deliver high touch HR service model that inspires company-wide trust and value for the People and Culture team
- Perform a variety of professional and administrative human resources functions as needed
Requirements:
- 5+ years of strategic human resources experience in multiple disciplines (Compensation, Benefits, Learning & Organizational Development, Employee Relations, Talent Management, Talent Acquisition, Diversity & Inclusion, EEO, etc.)
- Able to lead the successful execution of people practices across multiple functions across the business
- Strong interpersonal, listening, and communication skills, including presentation and facilitation skills
- Proven track record of effectively communicating with and influencing at all levels
- Able to help leaders navigate through difficult situations
- Strong judgment with ability to deal effectively with strategic issues as well as tactical operational detailsÂ
- Highly ethical and can be trusted to always put “People First”
- Results and service-oriented individual who possesses a positive can-do attitude, continually striving for excellence
- ADP experience strongly preferred
