Job Summary
Ryvid is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Bilingual Human Resources Generalist to join our HR team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting various HR functions including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and HR administration. The role will also function as facility office manager. This role is perfect for someone who is passionate about HR and eager to learn and grow in the field in support of a fast-growing, dynamic company.
Key Responsibilities

• Support the onboarding process for new hires and ensure all necessary paperwork is completed and processed.
• Help in administering employee benefits, payroll, and leave applications.
• Maintain integral time and attendance for all employees
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date human resource files, records, and documentation.
• Assist in the performance review process and employee development initiatives.
• Respond to internal and external HR-related inquiries or requests and provide assistance.
• Participate in the organization of company events and employee engagement activities.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest HR trends and best practices.
• Familiarity in occupational safety (Cal Osha/Osha)
• Experienced in Worker's Compensation handling and processing, employee relations and performance management
• Strong California Labor law knowledge
• Strong experience with HRIS

Qualifications

• A four-year degree or equivalent preferred
• PHRca preferred or equivalent certification
• At least 5 years of overall business experience
• 2-4 years of experience in a comparable Human Resources role
• Solid understanding of labor legislation and employment regulations.
• Experience providing HR services in the Manufacturing industry
• Understanding SAFETY - CalOSHA
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to handle data with confidentiality.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or related software.

Work Environment:

• On-Site Full Time in San Bernadino
• Competitive salary range - $70,000-$80,000
