Human Resources Generalist

We are growing our Human Resources Operations Team and seeking a systems-minded HR Generalist to be a part of it. This critical team member is responsible for effectively compiling HR data into meaningful insights. It involves developing visually compelling dashboards and presentations to communicate HR trends/insights to stakeholders clearly. Additionally, the role supports compliance audits across all practices and fosters growth in expertise within our HR systems.

We are looking for a motivated person who enjoys being part of a team, appreciates variety and detailed data, and is constantly looking to learn. This is a fast-paced position that requires the ability to multi-task and a high level of detail in a variety of aspects of the role. In addition, the ability to build/maintain positive working relationships with management, employees, and our vendor partners using principles of good customer service, anticipating business needs and responding to daily requests through oral/written communications of excellence is critical. At the same time, the ability to maintain strict confidentiality in handling highly sensitive information is required.
