Location: Cincinnati, OH (HQ) or Chicago, IL

Hybrid Schedule: 3 days in office / 2 days at home weekly
Travel Requirements: Less than 5%; as needed to support the business.

Job Summary
PatientPoint, LLC has an exciting opportunity for a Human Resource Generalist to join our growing business.  We are looking for an experienced HR professional who understands that the Business Partner function is one of balanced advocacy for the interests and perspectives of both the Company and our Teammates.   We offer an environment that will be fast paced, learning and growth-oriented, and give you visibility into our business leaders as you drive meaningful impact through excellent delivery of results. 

What You’ll Do

  • Partner with senior HR Business Partners to support internal client groups in multiple functions of the organization in the following areas of HR:
  • Employee Relations:  Counsel both employees and managers on all matters across the employee life cycle.  Advise on best practice, policy interpretation and application, employment regulations, and direction from company’s leadership.  Participate in investigations, performance actions and terminations as appropriate. 
  • Talent Acquisition:  Partner with the internal Talent Acquisition team in all aspects of the hiring process.  Manage communications on approvals, hiring decisions, timelines and financial elements in support of hiring activities. 
  • Organizational Design and Effectiveness:  Working with direction from senior BP’s, counsel and align with client group leadership to ensure the most effective organizational structures are in place to achieve desired business results.
  • Performance Management:  Ensure Teammates in client group have accurate role descriptions, clear objectives, regular opportunities with manager for feedback and direction, and the appropriate assessment of performance in the annual company cycle.  Help to remove obstacles and drive resolution of performance issues within client group.
  • Compensation Management and HR Data:  Partner with Total Rewards and HR Operations teams to ensure accurate capture of all pertinent employee and job data.  Provide administrative assistance in procedural elements of data management and various HR workflows.  Assist in the delivery and reporting of the annual merit planning process.  Analyze data and provide insights to improve business outcomes including employee turnover, survey results and headcount.

What We Need

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Human Resource Management or other related program.
  • At least 2 years’ experience working in an employee-facing sub-function of human resources.
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office products.
  • Experience working with at least one HR-related system, i.e. – HRIS, ATS or LMS
  • The ability to communicate clearly in both written and verbal forms with people of all backgrounds, functions and levels within the organization.

Desired Qualifications

  • 3-5 years’ experience working in human resources in either a generalist role, a talent acquisition role, a talent development/learning role, or any combination of these roles.
  • Strong experience in multiple HR systems, including HRIS, ATS and LMS
  • Experience dealing directly with employees and managers in fielding HR questions, researching potential solutions and resolving issues in a timely and customer-focused manner.
  • Strong communication skills in written and verbal form
  • Illustrated history of building effect business rapport and leveraging influencing skills
