Position Overview

The HR Coordinator/Generalist will support the plant's overall clerical, payroll and other associate-related functions.

  • Supporting the HR and administrative functions of our manufacturing facility
  • Payroll Processing and Reporting (Including Manual Payroll Adjustments) for hourly associates
  • Correspond with associates and relevant parties to resolve payroll issues
  • Time & Attendance Calibration w/ managers to ensure accuracy
  • Facilitate and/or Support New Hire Onboarding Process & NEW contractor preparation
  • Security Access Badges Coordinator
  • Man candidate pre-employment testing process
  • Managing relationships with applicable vendors and service providers
  • Meeting/Event coordination, logistics and communication
  • Arrange travel and accommodations as needed/required
  • Training Tracking & Reporting
  • Reviewing, organizing, processing and prioritizing incoming and outgoing mail
  • Tracking monthly budgets, processing invoices, and providing appropriate follow-up on payments through SAP and KOBuy
  • Perform monthly P-Card reconciliation for department
  • Ensure office supplies are adequately maintained and create KO Buy shopping carts to order office supplies
  • Provide support for A/P and P-Card transactions to address special needs and/or emergency situations
  • Performing administrative tasks such as correspondence, expense reporting, document retention & filing
  • Maintaining Plant/HR Function Calendar
  • Assisting with ad hoc projects and assignments

Education

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Management, Human Resources or related field highly desirable
  • Minimum, High School Diploma, General Education

Related Work Experience

  • At least 3 years relevant work experience in a high demand support role
  • Knowledge of Kronos and SAP are strongly preferred
  • Excellent communication skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office tools and Outlook are required
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to organization self are keys to success in this role
