Position Summary:
The HR Coordinator supports the Total Rewards and People and Culture Teams team with coordination, onboarding, processing employee data changes, compliance, and general correspondence with employees.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Manages the onboarding and offboarding procedures in our HRIS system
- Coordinates and schedule weekly new hire orientation and monthly new hire bootcamp Â
- Acts as the liaison and main point of contact for new hires to provide them a world class pre-hire experience
- Manage unemployment processing and reviewing state sites
- Monitor incoming mail and prioritize accordingly
- Partner with payroll to run and provide reports to vendors
- Provide International wage verifications in bill.com
- Streamline Workers Compensation Programs and perform audits
- Processes employee data changes including onboarding new hires into HRIS
- Completion of necessary state compliance reporting, as well as federal I-9 destruction
- Transmits confidential documents via Docusign, or other electronic signature applications
- Assists in monitoring and responding to employee emails coming into shared payroll and benefits mailboxesÂ
Ideal Qualifications:
- Associate’s degree or higher, plus at least 2 years’ related experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Outstanding prioritization and organization skills, with ability to multi-task, work independently, and use good judgment to deliver high-quality results.
- Excellent research and problem-solving skills, including the ability to analyze, compare, evaluate, reconcile and order data.
- Client-centric approach supports credibility, professionalism and a positive HR brand.
- Capacity to learn and master new technology and knowledge of Microsoft Office products; expert skills in Outlook, PowerPoint, SharePoint, and Excel.
- Strong interpersonal skills, with ability to professionally interact with a diverse blend of personalities to reach resolution and maintain strong relationships.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively, making decisions based on data and good judgment and drawing on resources to support decision making when appropriate.

- This position requires weekday (Monday - Friday) attendance within core working hours.
