Job Description

Track Group, Inc, a leading provider of electronic monitoring solutions in the public safety industry, is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Human Resources (HR) Manager to join our team. As the HR Manager at Track Group, you will play a vital role in maintaining and enhancing our company's core principles of trust, teamwork, and integrity.

As the HR Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing HR strategies and programs that support our company's goals and objectives. You will lead HR initiatives, including talent acquisition, employee engagement, performance management, compensation and benefits, and employee relations. Your role will be pivotal in ensuring our company's success by attracting, developing, and retaining top talent while fostering a positive and inclusive work environment.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement HR strategies and programs that align with the company's goals and objectives
  • Oversee all aspects of talent acquisition, including sourcing, screening, and onboarding of new employees
  • Drive employee engagement initiatives, such as performance management, professional development, and recognition programs
  • Manage compensation and benefits programs, ensuring they are competitive and compliant with legal requirements
  • Handle employee relations matters, including conflict resolution and disciplinary actions in accordance with company policies and applicable laws
  • Maintain HR policies and procedures, keeping them up to date with changing regulations
  • Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices to continually improve HR processes and programs
  • Manage the functionality of the office by ordering office supplies, snacks, beverages on a recurring basis and assisting with local events such as catered lunches for the staff
  • Assist with managing the reception area of the office by greeting guests and receiving incoming packages and mail

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Minimum of 3 years of HR management experience, preferably in the public safety industry
  • Strong understanding of HR best practices, policies, and regulations
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills
  • Proven track record of successful talent acquisition and employee development
  • Experience working in a fast-paced environment and managing multiple priorities
  • Proficiency in HRIS systems (we utilize ADP for payroll/HRIS and Workable for ATS) and MS Office Suite
