Job Description
HR Internship Overview:
The HR Intern provides quality HR compliance and administrative support to the HR Team clients and teammates. This support is based from the HR Team office. Interns are responsible for maintaining satisfied clients by delivering assistance and administrative support to HR generalists and consultants on various projects.
Internship Details:
- Assist Human Resources function in daily activities and special projects with hands-on application of educational experience in a fast-paced work environment
- Develop and maintain files aligned with core HR priorities and compliance
- Learn, understand, and gain experience through job shadowing, mentoring, and training opportunities
- Contribute new ideas and participate as a productive member of the department including attendance at meetings and networking events
- Participate in initiatives to modernize HR efforts and support process improvement projects
Qualifications:
- Achieving bachelor's degree or graduate student with a human resources or business focus
- Demonstrated knowledge of basic HR principles
- Ability to perform administrative work with a high degree of proficiency and autonomy.
- Strong organizational skills with a focus on details and accuracy
