Human Resources Intern

Position Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Human Resources Intern to join our team. This internship offers an exciting opportunity for a passionate individual to gain practical experience in various aspects of HR. As a Human Resources Intern, you will work closely with our HR team, gaining exposure to recruitment and other key areas of HR management.

Responsibilities

• Works closely with HR Coordinator on sourcing qualified candidates for open positions through LinkedIn Recruiter.
• Provide a shortlist of pre-qualified candidates for open positions.
• Build and maintain a strong network of potential candidates for current and future job openings.
• Engage with candidates to build relationships and maintain their interest in Swank.
• Collaborate closely with recruiters and hiring managers to understand job requirements and priorities.
• Ability to answer candidate questions in a timely and appropriate manner.
• Other special projects as assigned.

Requirements

Educational Requirements

• Pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or other related fields.
