This is your chance at an internship role at Critical Mass. During your 12-week internship, you will embark on a custom-built learning journey to understand what we do, who we are, and how we make award-winning work with our clients. You will attend exclusive skill-building sessions spanning professional development, leadership, innovation, and diversity & inclusion. Plus, you’ll have the opportunity to attend offsite socials, masterclass workshops, and guest speaker events with the rest of your Trailhead cohort.

Our Winter 2023 Trailhead Cohort commences January 16, 2023.
Apply before September 30, although screening and interviews may start prior to this date.
You Will:
- Have exposure and be trained on the career management process, communication of company policie, employee onboarding, and rewards and recognition.
- Assist in the coordination, preparation and execution of paperwork including new hire packages, employment verification and letters of employment.
- Organize and maintain HR content management system and employee files.
- Assist in communicating career management and other company processes.
- Partner with HR Director and HR Manager in working with internal departments to resolve employee issues.
- Serve as an information resource and liaison to employees and managers.
- Assume ad hoc tasks as necessary.
You Have:
- Current student or recent grad in HR focused post-secondary program
- Have experience in training and development or have some related work experience
- Highly proficient in the use of MS Office Suite, Internet browsers, PowerPoint and intermediate knowledge of Outlook
- Superior communication skills, both oral and written
- High degree of confidentiality and dealing with sensitive matters
- Self-motivated, assertive, outgoing and eager
- Good use of tact and judgment
- Exceptional people skills, diplomacy, and a customer service focused attitude
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced, flexible environment
- Aptitude and desire for a career in Human Resources
- Knowledge of employment related laws and practices is a plus
