Applicants must be currently enrolled in a bachelor ' s or master ' s degree program.
** Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis and be available from May 27, 2025, through August 15, 2025. Department/Position Description:
The Human Resources team delivers next-generation strategies for engaging talented professionals with meaningful careers in the grocery retail industry, including associate experience, talent development, organizational development and changes, recruiting, and diversity, equity and inclusion. This intern will have an opportunity to work on projects with our Human Resources, Early Talent, Workforce Analytics and Associate Engagement teams.
Qualifications:

• Working towards a degree in Human Resources or similar
• Intermediates skill with Microsoft suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Experience working in a collaborative group setting
• Experience using analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Demonstrated ability to communicate clearly, appropriately and effectively
• Ability to succeed while working independently
