Human Resources Intern (Hybrid in Mexico City)

The Human Resources Intern will support the Human Resources department in various functions including recruitment, onboarding, employee records management, and other HR-related tasks. This internship will provide valuable experience in HR practices and contribute to the overall success of the HR team.

Work Location: Hybrid in Mexico City. Must be able to work two days in our office and on an as-needed basis.

Anticipated start: September 2024

Anticipated end: January 2025

Schedule: 8 am - 5 pm or 9 am - 6 pm Monday - Friday

Key Responsibilities:

• Employee Records Management: Maintain and update employee records in HR databases, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
• HR Projects: Participate in various HR projects and initiatives, providing support as needed.
• Administrative Tasks: Perform general administrative duties such as filing, data entry, and answering HR-related queries.
• Employee Engagement: Assist in organizing employee engagement activities and events.
• Compliance: Ensure compliance with company policies and legal regulations related to HR practices.

Skills/Qualifications:

• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
• Detail-oriented and able to multitask effectively
• College students in their fourth year pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
