Primary Location: United States (US) - Moline, IL
Function: Human Resources
As a HR Intern you will have the opportunities to work on a wide range of projects that provide practical learning in HR areas such as; Talent Acquisition, Leadership Development, Compensation & Benefits, and HR Operations. Duties could include:

• Analyzing data, identifying root causes, and recommending solutions for HR related business issues.
• Partner with HR Manager to understand the business operations from both a strategic and tactical perspective.
• Participate in automation and process improvement initiatives
• Focus on a project in your department that you will present to our Senior Leadership Team at the end of your internship.

Requirements:

• Enrolled in Master's or Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Management, Organizational Leadership, or a related degree. Expected graduation date of December 2023 and beyond.
• Minimum cumulative GPA required of 3.0 on a 4.0 scale.
• Collaborative team member with strong initiative and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in MS systems such as Outlook, Excel, etc.
• Self-starter who is results oriented, resourceful, analytical, innovative, intellectually curious and who take initiative and risks.

Must be able to relocate domestically. Assignments can be at various locations throughout the United States.
