Human Resources Intern - Summer 2023

Sinclair Broadcast Group is seeking a Summer 2023 Human Resources Intern! At Sinclair Broadcast Group, we reach people everyday with news, digital marketing solutions, live sports production and original content programming. Our Human Resources team is vibrant and diverse with years of expert knowledge. We value collaboration, innovation, communication, and learning. In this internship program, you will have the opportunity to gain valuable skills and experience to help set you up for success in your Human Resources career. This paid internship opportunity is located at our Headquarters in Hunt Valley, MD.

What to Expect:

• Work closely with Human Resources professionals to learn about the core of our company
• Gain experience from all areas of HR, such as Benefits and Employment, and get exposure to cross functional teams
• Work under the guidance of the team to learn and support the daily functions of HR, including data analysis and research, employee record maintenance, and talent acquisition and retention
• Collaborate with the team and work independently to complete projects.

Requirements & Qualifications:

• Must be attending an accredited college or university, or are a recent college graduate
• Must be studying Human Resources, or a related field
• Willing to work approximately 15 hours a week for 10 weeks, beginning in June 2023 ***There may be a variety in hours***
• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Must be a U.S. citizen or eligible to work in the U.S.
• Must have reliable transportation and be able to work from our Hunt Valley offices
