Summary / Role Purpose

We are seeking an enthusiastic and driven HR intern to join our global HRBP (HR Business Partner) team. The HR intern will work closely with the HRBPs and CHRMs (Country HR Managers) to complete various HR tasks and projects which may include, on-boarding, employee engagement, culture, policies and procedures, talent management and change management. This role requires a high level of integrity and discretion in handling confidential information.

Key Duties and Responsibilities
  • Under supervision, provide services as appropriate to the day-to-day operating objectives of the HR team
  • Provide HR support on policies, processes, employee relations and engagement, talent management, and career development
  • Undertake and/or participate in projects and programs designed to develop professional skills and expertise appropriate to the needs of the organization, including but not limited to:
    • Assisting with HRIS tasks such as position management
    • Coordinating new hire onboarding
    • Planning and execution of team events
    • Producing, distributing reports and providing analytics on
  • Engage with employees by answering employee requests and questions
  • Work with various HRBP/CHRM team members to ensure all process documentation is stored and maintained on appropriate HR SharePoint sites
  • Streamline HR processes
  • Assists or prepares employee communication regarding HR initiatives

Minimum Requirements
  • Must be actively enrolled full-time in an accredited college or university program studying toward a degree in human resource management or related field
  • Working understanding of human resource principles, practices, and procedures
  • Proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications
  • Strong administrative, organizational and communication skills
  • Demonstrated problem solving and planning skills with the ability to plan, prioritize and execute various tasks and projects
  • Ability to work autonomously and handle multiple priorities while still maintaining a high-level of quality and accuracy and meeting deadlines
