That is why we are currently seeking the newest innovator to join our dynamic team as Human Resources Intern located in Englewood Cliffs, NJ. This role is onsite.
Life's Good, Reinvent Your Future
LG's 2024 Summer Internship Program will be a 9-week internship from June 3rd through August 2nd, 2024.
The internship will be based in our office at the LG North America Innovation Campus in Englewood Cliffs, NJ and pay an hourly rate of $23.50.
The LG Internship Program is built on the philosophy of ensuring that each intern is given the opportunity to perform robust and meaningful work while gaining real-world experience.
During our internship program, you will rotate throughout our HR team to gain knowledge in various areas of HR. This will include your participation in an individual strategic project for the department and deliver a presentation at the program's end.
The impact of your HR Internship will be:
• Contribute to the success of LG's organization by providing essential HR support.
• Contribute towards new initiative development and/or current program enhancements that help our team ensure efficiency and compliance while making enhancements to our positive work environment.
Qualifications
• Enrollment in a Bachelor's degree program at an accredited College/University as a rising Junior or Senior.
• Education in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Teams/MSForms.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
• Well-honed communication skills and ability to apply discretion and maintain the highest level of confidentiality.
• Excellent analytical and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and demonstrate detail-orientedness.
• Interest in and exposure to HR concepts: HR practices, policies, and employment law
