The Human Resources Internship is an exciting opportunity for those currently pursuing their degree and have a curiosity about HR and for those who excel in today's fast-paced world.

WHAT YOU WILL EXPERIENCE IN THIS POSITION:

nVent is offering an HR internship. This will allow you to gain exposure in the various aspects of HR within a global manufacturing organization. In addition, you will develop your professional expertise, technical skills, and business acumen by collaborating with experienced nVent HR professionals and by supporting various initiatives and projects.

YOU HAVE:

• Working towards a degree in Human Resources, Finance, Business or other related field preferred
• Microsoft Office, especially Excel
• Strong desire and motivation to develop a career as a future leader in HR
• Ability to quickly acclimate to a fast-paced environment and be able to anticipate needs
• Ability to work with confidential and critical information in a discrete manner
• Proven attention to detail, organizational, and analytical skills
• Proven verbal and written communications skills
• Applicants must be authorized to work in the United States without restrictions
