Who you are:
- A Hands-on HR Manager from a small to medium-sized company and for overseeing personnel and daily operations of a human resources department.
- You’ve hired other HR professionals, managed the hiring and On-Boarding of employees, and coordinated with members of their departments providing support to employees regarding personal and professional incidents.
- You’ve earned your SHRM-CP certification.
What you will do:
- Plan all aspects regarding the human resources department and the development of our company’s workforce.Â
- Projects where you create and transform all policies into executable plans and departmental procedures.Â
- Work with our employees throughout their on-boarding process with our clients.Â
- Ensure employees follow all policies and procedures.
- Assess reports provided by the HR team, team leaders, and operations managers to determine employee performance and training needs.
- Suggest changes in policies and procedures based on employee and company needs.
- Research compensation standards set by industry and governing bodies in order to create salary structures and asses and administer employee benefits (PTO, Time entry)
- Create interview schedules and evaluation standards in accordance with HR methodologies and labor laws.
- Supervise all HR activities, communications, reports, requests, and documents created and received by the team.
- Attend interdepartmental meetings.
- Overseeing exit interviews (Off-Boarding) and procedures.Â
- Conduct HR Interviews and offers

It would be awesome if you have:
- Worked in a professional services environment (Client tools management)
- In-depth knowledge of labor laws
- Greenhouse Software and Salesforce experience
