Title: Human Resources Manager

Location: Salt Lake City, UT (100% telework permitted from anywhere in the US)

Employer: AES Clean Energy Services, LLC

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Partner with leadership to develop and execute company HR talent strategy including recruiting, retention, succession planning. Develop and establish strong talent pipelines and maintain effective talent screening processes in order. Manage employee relation issues and ensure the legal compliance of HR decisions and processes of the company. Provide analytic support and guidance to managers during headcount planning process. Coordinate with multiple functional areas to ensure pre-onboarding activities are completed and complete first day onboarding activities. Oversees employee disciplinary meetings with management and employees. Conducts exit interviews and keeps track of trends.

20% travel required.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Job requires Bachelor's degree in business, HR, or related and 2 years of experience in any job title involving recruiting in renewable energy industry. In lieu of a Bachelor's degree in business, HR, or related and 2 years of experience in any job title involving recruiting in renewable energy industry, employer will accept 4 years of experience in any job title involving recruiting in renewable energy industry.

Job requires 2 years of experience in each of the following:

  • Oversee recruitment life cycle of renewable energy talent pools;
  • US recruiting labor practices & regulations;
  • Workday;
  • Applicant tracking systems;
  • Diversity, equity, and inclusion metrics;
  • Recent graduate and university recruiting programming;
  • Talent Sourcing strategy;
  • Global on-boarding strategy;
  • HR integration post Mergers and Acquisitions;
  • Talent calibrations; and
  • Employee relations compliance, investigations, and people actions.
