Job Overview

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Human Resources Manager to join our team in Omaha. This role is pivotal in shaping our company culture, driving employee engagement, and serving as a strategic partner to our operations team and leaders. The ideal candidate is someone who cares about people, embodies our core values, and possesses a strong background in HR with a focus on customer service.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Partner with operations leadership to understand business objectives and develop HR strategies that support organizational goals.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to employees and managers, providing guidance on HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
  • Support recruitment efforts
  • Participate in onboarding and orientation programs
  • Champion employee engagement initiatives, including recognition programs, wellness initiatives, and career development opportunities.
  • Oversee performance management processes, providing coaching and support to managers in conducting performance evaluations and addressing performance issues.
  • Ensure compliance with all applicable employment laws and regulations.
  • Lead and inspire the site HR team, providing mentorship, guidance, and support to develop their skills and capabilities.
  • Collaborate with other HR leaders across the organization to share best practices, leverage resources, and drive continuous improvement.
  • Work closely with the Senior Director of HR to align site-specific HR initiatives with broader company-wide goals and strategies.
  • Act as a liaison between the site and corporate HR teams, ensuring effective communication and implementation of company-wide initiatives at the site level.

Minimum Qualification:

  • Minimum of 5 years related HR experience, preferably in manufacturing.
