Job Description

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

• Maintain a visible presence in the center, ensuring awareness and availability of the HR function and developing a sense of trust• Oversee the team of HR Business Partners with a proactive focus on anticipating and preemptively employee relations issues within their assigned location, partnering with site leadership to provide counsel to ensure alignment with company policies and values• Onboarding of new employees• Executes tasks in delicate circumstances such as providing reasonable accommodations, conducting investigations, and terminations.• Work closely with site leadership to ensure compliance with labor laws, enforce policies and procedures, and assist with/audit human resources documentation• Assist with explanation and administration of employee benefits programs• Oversee and assist with the creation, maintenance of employee records and audit for completion• Assist local site leadership with driving the performance management process, educating and assisting where necessary, ensure ongoing engagement of staff• Implement and follow up on corporate development of site leadership and provide continuous coaching as needed• Ensure HRBPs are actively reporting and documenting workers' compensation claims • Assist Talent Acquisition with securing approval to recruit/backfill headcount in their location• Coordinate regular Headcount Reporting and Action by site in accordance with the HRBP scorecard• Off-boarding of employees, including exit interviews• Ad hoc responsibilities as directed

Minimum Qualifications

• High School Diploma required; applicable advanced education or professional certifications preferred• 5-7 years' experience fulfilling HR responsibilities in a high-volume organization is required• 1-3 years as the manager of other HR professionals is preferred• Prior experience working in call centers is strongly preferred• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to work with a diverse range of individuals, both within and outside of the Company• An aptitude for learning new processes and softwares• Ability to work under pressure and within deadlines, while maintaining attention to detail• Professional in appearance, presentation and demeanor• Able to work independently and as part of a team• Effective time management skills• Demonstrable competency with Microsoft Office applications

Physical, Mental, & Sensory Requirements

• This role may be required to work extended and non-traditional hours in order to fulfill the core responsibilities of the position
