Human Resources Manager

Job Summary:

NCC Automated Systems, a division of ATS Corp, is seeking an experienced HR Manager to join our dynamic team. As a true business partner, you will own providing end-to-end HR support and driving strategic human resource initiatives within our business of approximately 80 employees. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 8 years of increasing HR generalist experience, preferably within the manufacturing industry. This position requires strong interpersonal skills, business acumen, and the ability to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels of the organization. The position is an onsite role based in Souderton, PA and reports to the NCC President, with a matrix reporting responsibility to the VP Human Resources, ATS Products & Food Technology.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as a strategic partner to business leaders at NCC Automated Systems, collaborating with them to provide guidance and support on a wide range of HR matters.
• Develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and processes that align with NCC Automated Systems and ATS goals and objectives.
• Support the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, employee relations, talent development, and offboarding.
• Own the tactical elements of HR, including payroll, benefits, data administration and HRIS system implementation.
• Partner with managers to address employee performance and development needs, offering coaching and guidance on effective performance management techniques.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to employees at NCC Automated Systems, providing guidance and support on HR policies, procedures, and programs.
• Develop and implement training programs to enhance employee and manager skills and knowledge, fostering a culture of continuous learning and development.
• Work with the business to analyze HR metrics and trends, providing insights and recommendations to drive organizational effectiveness at NCC Automated Systems.
• Stay up to date with industry trends, best practices, and changes in employment laws, ensuring compliance and recommending appropriate actions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master's degree in HR or a related discipline is preferred.
• Minimum of 8 years of progressive HR experience, with a focus on HR business partnering.
• Experience within the manufacturing sector is highly preferred.
• Strong knowledge of HR practices, policies, and employment laws.
• Demonstrated ability to build relationships and establish credibility with stakeholders at all levels.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively influence and negotiate.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Self-starter with ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong computer and Microsoft suite tool ability a must, include excellent excel skills.
• Comfort and experience with HR Information System use and data ownership.
• High level of confidentiality and integrity.
