Job Overview:

As we continue to grow, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced HR Manager to join our New York office and help shape our organization's future. 

The HR Manager will play a critical role in managing and leading all aspects of the human resources function at FE International. They will be responsible for developing and implementing HR strategies, policies, and initiatives that support the company's overall goals and objectives. The HR Manager will work closely with the Director of People and senior management to drive a culture of excellence, employee engagement, and continuous improvement. 

 

Responsibilities:  

  • Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the company's objectives 
  • Assist and maintain HR policies, procedures, and guidelines; 
  • Assist with the recruitment process, including job postings, candidate screening, interviews and onboarding; 
  • Liaise with the hiring managers and help them define their needs; 
  • Manage employee relations, resolving conflicts, and ensuring a positive and inclusive workplace culture; 
  • Conduct investigations and address employee grievances as needed; 
  • Manage performance appraisal processes; 
  • Identify training needs and develop training programs to enhance employee skills and competencies; 
  • Manage and maintain HRIS and administration for the department; 
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations; and 
  • Prepare HR reports and analytics for senior management.

  • Exceptionally detail-oriented and results- driven self-starter; 
  • Have a strategic mindset and consultative approach; and 
  • Ability to prioritize work and manage. 

Experience and Education: 

  • BS degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related discipline;  
  • 7-10 years experience in a similar position within Investment Banking or Finance; 
  • Experience using Application Tracking Systems; 
  • Proficient in word and excel; and 
  • Credible and resourceful.

Salary: $150k pa - $200 pa OTE
