Human Resources Manager

Skilled Wound Care, a leading national surgical physician group servicing nursing homes for wound care, is looking for an experienced and motivated Human Resources Manager to join our HR team and support our growing organization! We’re in search of a qualified and resourceful HR Manager to lead our HR department in ensuring smooth and efficient business operations. The HR Manager will have both administrative and strategic responsibilities, helping us to plan and administer important functions, such as employee engagement, benefit administration, employee training, and enforcing company policies and practices

Responsibilities:

  • Benefit Administration
  • Employee Engagement / Feedback Plans
  • Policy & Procedure Updates
  • Performance Review Management
  • Employee Training / Development 
  • Ensure Legal Compliance 
  • Serves as a strategic partner with executive/senior leaders to influence and guide the development and deployment of strategies, programs, policies, and procedures to identify impact of trends, root causes, and potential solutions to HR issues
  • Serves as the onsite labor relations management expert, provides guidance on grievances, and consults on investigations

Requirements:

  • 3-5+ years of experience as a Human Resources Manager
  • Must be willing to work from our office five days a week 
  • Bachelor’s degree required; PHR/ SHRM-CP certification highly preferred
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and to delegate them when appropriate.
  • Ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality.
  • Thorough knowledge of employment-related laws and regulations.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
  • Experience with Workforce Now ADP a plus.

Pay:

  • 75k-100k annually with additional potential bonus based on performance
