The Human Resources Manager will spearhead the day-to-day HR operations for Home Depot Ltd in collaboration with the General Manager & Divisional Human Resources Manager (DHRM). The Human Resource Manager will lead a team of HR Officers in the execution of the department’s affairs
The Human Resource Manager will champion the implementation of policies relating to the effective use of human resources within the company. This includes but is not limited to the following functional areas: training and development, employee relations, legislation compliance, performance management, rewards & recognition, supporting recruitment, and health & safety.
