Job Summary

Partners with Technical Operations, Network Maintenance, Supply Chain, and Human Resources teams to ensure strategies and initiatives are met. Coordinates' compliance, compensation, employee relations, and business initiative activities to improve employee resources. Serves as subject matter authority and provides direction to front-line, mid-level, and upper-level leadership. Develops procedures and processes to drive department efficiencies.

Job Description

This position supports Comcast offices in North Charleston, SC, Savannah, GA, and Augusta, GA.

Core Responsibilities

  • Counsels, orientates, and trains Managers as well as Supervisors on the interpretation also administration of Human Resources policies.
  • Coordinates Human Resources procedures and policies as they pertain to all employees.
  • Coordinates, handles, and runs employee relations issues.
  • Assists with employee counseling, discipline, and grievance handling.
  • Recommends innovative ways, policies as well as procedures to maintain efficient and effective services.
  • Guarantees adherence with state, local as well as federal guidelines and policies to protect the business also its employees.
  • Partners with management to ensure strategic HR goals, policies, and programs are aligned with business initiatives.
  • Administers compensation programs as well as assists in job analysis, job evaluation, and performance management to maintain compliance with Central Division guidelines.
  • Consistent exercise of independent judgment and discretion in matters of significance.
  • 30% travel to North Charleston, SC, Savannah, GA, and Augusta, GA Comcast offices.
  • Other duties and accountabilities as assigned.
