Job Description

Sock Club is seeking a skilled, professional, and proactive Human Resources (HR) Manager to lead our HR practices and objectives. The HR Manager will be responsible for developing and administering human resources plans and procedures, aiming to improve relations, promote a high performance culture, and ensure regulatory compliance. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, strategic thinking capabilities, and extensive experience in human resources, enhancing our organization's human resources by planning, implementing, and evaluating employee relations and human resources policies, programs, and practices.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
  2. Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, or other issues.
  3. Manage the recruitment and selection process to maintain the best hiring practices.
  4. Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation, and preservation of human capital.
  5. Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics, and procedures across the organization.
  6. Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance.
  7. Maintain pay plan and benefits program.
  8. Assess training needs to apply and monitor training programs.
  9. Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics.
  10. Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management.
  11. Implement and manage the company's compensation program.
  12. Create and revise job descriptions.
  13. Conduct annual salary surveys and develop merit pool (salary budget).
  14. Analyze and modify compensation and benefits policies to establish competitive programs and ensure compliance with legal requirements.

Qualifications:

  • Proven working experience as HR Manager or other HR Executive.
  • People-oriented and results-driven.
  • Demonstrable experience with human resources metrics.
  • Knowledge of HR systems and databases.
  • Ability to architect strategy along with leadership skills.
  • Excellent active listening, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company.
  • In-depth knowledge of labor law and HR best practices.
  • Degree in Human Resources or related field.
  • HR credentials (e.g., PHR, SPHR certification) preferred.
