Human Resources Manager

Zuri is a growing retailer of contemporary furnishings. We develop and distribute our own designs which are sold through ecommerce and retail channels.

As our Human Resources Manager, you'll develop and execute HR strategies that align with Zuri's goals and initiatives. You'll lead the HR operations and deliver comprehensive support. Additionally, you will oversee office management duties, ensuring a smooth and efficient work environment.

Base salary starting at $110,000+ per year.

First 90 days in person, followed by a hybrid schedule with flexibility on in-office days. Office located in North DFW, near the Grandscape. 

YOU WILL:

• Develop and lead human resources strategies to recruit and retain a diverse, high-performing workforce
• Oversee all processes in the employment lifecycle including recruiting, onboarding, and offboarding
• Manage recruitment marketing efforts across various channels
• Manage and improve employee compensation and benefits programs
• Configure HR technology solutions including applicant tracking, benefits, and payroll software
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations
• Partner with department leaders to handle issues professionally and promptly
• Maintain internal documentation and communication
• Handle office management functions to support a well-organized and productive workplace

ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS:

• 3+ years of HR experience
• Proven track record of developing and implementing successful HR programs and initiatives
• Strong understanding of HR best practices and employment laws and regulations
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
• Demonstrated proficiency in utilizing various software and technologies
