Title: Human Resources Manager
Job Duties: The Human Resources Manager, reporting to the Senior Director of Human Resources supports the development, implementation, maintenance, and monitoring of the following major areas: employee relations, investigations, complaints, employment disputes, Leaves of Absences, and compliance with labor laws.
Location: This position will be in a Hybrid work environment remote with occasional in-office meetings or visits to campuses.
Schedule:
FT or PT position available to the right candidate.
Qualifications:
- Must have a bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or similar applicable field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in human resources.
- A basic understanding of laws applicable to California employers, including but not limited to wage and hour, harassment, discrimination, and protected absences.
