Human Resources Onboarding and Recruiting Specialist (Part-Time)

Our HR team is seeking a part-time Human Resources Onboarding and Recruiting Specialist with a friendly personality, positive attitude, and impressive work ethic. This is a part-time role at 30 hours per week. The pay for this position is $20 to $25 hourly depending on experience.
We’re looking for the right person to join our team in April 2023. Interviews will be conducted via phone and video calls. This role is fully remote.

In a Typical Day, You’d:
- Execute the onboarding experience for N2, including launching E-Verify and new hire questionnaires and acting as the liaison between new team members and leaders.Â
- Facilitate the New Hires Onboarding Meeting, scheduled bi-weekly on Tuesdays.Â
- Manage the new hires’ first week onboarding experience.Â
- Post job advertisements to all appropriate job boards.
- Customize requisitions in Greenhouse, our applicant tracking system (ATS for those in the know).
- Administer background checks for all potential team members.
- Assist with communication to candidates in various stages of the hiring process.
- Serve as back-up recruiter for initial interviews.
- Update our systems with new hire information and assist with maintaining personnel files.Â
- Own set-up and maintenance of new hire activities in Paylocity, our HRIS.
- Have great interpersonal skills.
- Take initiative.
- Have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Have strong attention to detail and maintain accuracy.
- Be comfortable with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
- Be comfortable public speaking and communicating via phone and virtual meetings.Â
- Have a knack for process management and organizational skills.
It’s Not Required, But We’d Love It If You Also Have:
- Basic Human Resources or recruiting knowledge.
- Experience onboarding or welcoming new team members.
- Experience in Asana and Mailchimp.
