Location: New York Office

KBRA (Kroll Bond Rating Agency, LLC) is seeking a Human Resources Operations Professional for our New York office.  This is a new position for someone with in-depth HR expertise and initiative to execute and evolve new and on-going projects, processes and systems as our business continues to grow and prosper.

Requirements:

Ten (10) or more years of experience within the Human Resources function with robust process and technological competencies

Strong understanding and experience within HR operations including compensation and benefits, payroll, HRIS applications, employee relations,  immigration

Problem-Solver mindset with an ability to frame an issue, create a plan of action, build consensus, communicate status and drive results through project management and analysis

Demonstrate leadership and champion excellence, through business partnership and “hands-on” implementation

Ability to assess process gaps and provide clear recommendations with a mindset to continuously improve the productivity of themselves and of the team

Detail-oriented, high sense of urgency and low ego.  Successful candidate isn’t afraid to ask questions, is well-organized, possesses excellent written and communication skills

Self-motivated, positive attitude, empathetic and enjoys working within a high expectation, fast-paced environment

Act as a primary escalation point to help solve operational problems and consider key stakeholder needs within a regulated environment (e.g., business leaders, legal, compliance and finance).

Salary Range:

The anticipated annual base salary range for this full-time position is $150000 to $175000. Offer amounts are determined by factors such as experience, skills, geography, and other job-related factors.
