Job Description

Our Sr. Manager, Human Resources Operations role at Two Six Technologies directly aligns to  our Two Six Technologies’ Talent Team, reporting to our Director of Talent. In this exciting role  you will contribute in significant ways to the company’s overall success, proactively focusing on operational efficiencies that drive recruiting, employee engagement and retention. You will  collaborate across the company, develop, and execute detailed plans to help ensure we meet  and exceed our annual business priorities. 

In this role, you will: 

  • Lead and manage HR Systems and Processes, People Analytics and  Insights, New Employee Onboarding and administer our companywide  
    Employee Referral Program
  • HR Systems oversight includes our companywide HRIS (Paycom)  
    and Applicant Tracking System (Greenhouse); Initiate and drive new  
    HR technology – establish annual roadmap; Optimize current  
    systems; Influence new functionality, implement, and train as  
    necessary; Assist in annual vendor reviews and contracting; Ensure  
    accurate and up-to-date process documentation of key HR  
    processes  
  • People data provides our leaders with critical insights to grow our  
    business; Deliver timely and meaningful data to TST Leaders;  
    Evolve our data set and insights; Ensure data integrity and assist in  
    user training
  • New Hire experience begins at the offer stage (offer accepted);  
    Develop and execute an engaging New Employee Onboarding  
    experience differentiating Two Six Technologies; Evolve processes 
    as market and expectations shift
  • Employee Referral Program is our #1 source of hire; Ensure the  
    program is administered effectively promoting engagement in the  
    program impacting recruiting and retention of talent
  • Lead small team of aligned resources and identify new talent as needed and approved;  Assist in the development of your team and ensure annual goals and objectives are met
  • Work closely with leaders across all corporate functions and Business Units to deliver on  key objectives; Partner with Brand Manager and Internal Communications Lead as  needed to effectively communicate and promote processes, changes, requirements, and  training, etc.
  • Identify and partner with external vendors and consultants to execute 
    successfully on annual objectives
  • Assist in delivering presentations and trainings, as needed
  • Manage new projects and initiatives as assigned

Key qualifications and skills: 
▪ Work Experience: 8+ years of working experience with HR systems and  processes 
▪ Leadership: Track record of leading small teams (2-3 employees), hands on and highly engaged 
▪ Project Management: Develop and execute detailed plans; report out  progress, risks and derailers 
▪ Analytical Skills: Analyze issues, determine root causes, problem solve in  collaborative team environment 
▪ Communications Skills: Explain our systems and solutions in simple terms ▪ Interpersonal Skills: Strong relationship building skills to engage leaders  and employees across the company
