Job Description:
- Help execute all aspects of firm-wide performance review cycles including preparation, planning, development, communications and employee/manager support
- Help develop and conduct firm-wide and/or group-specific culture surveys; research and help implement targeted solutions
- Analyze performance and engagement data to help identify business challenges and develop recommended action plans
- Facilitate and help with promotion processes including development of eligibility reports, tracking and reporting, maintenance of title structures and development of guidance and employee communication materials
- Research and present industry best practices/trends in performance management and employee engagement
- Contribute to reporting across various data sets (i.e., performance and engagement data) to help generate and share insights across various stakeholders
- Manage various ad hoc projects and initiatives
Qualifications:
- 4+ years of HR-related prior experience is preferred. Will consider candidates from a variety of industries, although financial services/professional services are preferred
- Bachelor's degree required
- Analytical, organizational, and interpersonal skills and strong written and verbal communication skills
- Experienced project manager able not only to understand and work towards the big picture but also to follow through on details of execution and delivery
- Strong ability to visually present and tell a story with data
- Strong technical skills (PPT and Excel)
- Self-starter; willing and able to run with tasks/projects and see them through to completion
- Ability to multitask, willing to work diligently and manage multiple competing priorities

Expected annual base salary range:
$110,000 - $150,000
Actual base salary within that range will be determined by several components including but not limited to the individual's experience, skills, qualifications and job location. For roles located outside of the US, please disregard the posted salary bands as these roles will follow a separate compensation process based on local market comparables.
Additional compensation: Base salary does not include other forms of compensation or benefits offered in connection with the advertised role.
