Human Resources - Organizational Development, VP
Job Description
- Help lead firmwide 360 performance review process, serving as one of the key point people for various stakeholders across the firm (both at the employee and management level).
- Stay on top of existing and emerging industry performance management methodologies, including continuous feedback and cutting-edge approaches to leveraging data/analytics. Partner with HR Technology and Analytics to evaluate performance review tools and continually enhance their approach to be more streamlined, action-oriented, and efficient.
- Continue Blackstone's efforts to foster a supportive environment of feedback, ensure employees are continuously giving and receiving feedback and having career discussions to maximize their performance and potential.
- Partner with Talent Management to support annual Talent Review process, including by using 360 and talent analytics to provide insight and direction for key talent decision-making, initiatives and creation of senior leadership presentations.
- Collaborate across Talent Management, Talent Development, DEI, Analytics and HRBPs to identify trends, insights and opportunities to address with targeted solutions and enhanced processes and initiatives.
- Develop resources, frameworks, tool-kits, and communications to support established and new processes and tools.
- Help develop and conduct firm-wide and/or group-specific culture surveys; research and help implement targeted solutions.
- Help lead firmwide promotion processes, including administration of process and development of resources and report.
- Partner with DEI team to ensure DEI is manifest in OD processes.
- Manage various ad hoc projects and initiatives.
Qualifications:
- 7+ years of HR-related prior experience is preferred. Will consider candidates from a variety of industries, although financial services/professional services are preferred.
- Bachelor's degree required.
- Analytical, organizational, and interpersonal skills and strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Experienced project manager able not only to understand and work towards the big picture but also to follow through on details of execution and delivery.
- Strong ability to visually present and tell a story with data.
- Strong technical skills (PPT and Excel).
- Self-starter; willing and able to run with tasks/projects and see them through to completion.
- Ability to multitask, willing to work diligently and manage multiple competing priorities.

Expected annual base salary range:
$150,000 - $200,000
Actual base salary within that range will be determined by several components including but not limited to the individual's experience, skills, qualifications and job location. For roles located outside of the US, please disregard the posted salary bands as these roles will follow a separate compensation process based on local market comparables.
Additional compensation: Base salary does not include other forms of compensation or benefits offered in connection with the advertised role.
