Human Resources Representative

This position will be responsible for overseeing and administering Crown's co-op program

Key Duties:

• Represent Crown at high school events and college career fairs to promote Crown's co-op program.
• Recruit and hire co-ops: Review and evaluate job applications and collaborate with managers to ensure proper qualifications. Interview and screen applicants, check references, make job offers, schedule physicals, and complete paperwork.
• Employee relations: Administer programs designed to establish and maintain positive employee relations through the appropriate application of organizational policies and procedures.
• Corporate Representative: Provide support and guidance to managers and supervisors.
• Training: develop and facilitate training for co-ops to help them gain better knowledge of Crown and to assist in their future development.
• Other duties: Conduct exit interviews. Assists in new hire orientations. Participate in special projects as assigned and continue to develop the co-op program.

Qualifications:

• Associate degree in Human Resources or Business Administration and a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience.
• Effective oral and written communication skills
• Excellent computer, organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality
