How you will contribute to LifeNet Health's success:

The HR Specialist is a part of the HR Business Partner Team. This position provides support for functions, which focus on aligning HR processes, programs, and systems with business strategies and objectives. The HR Specialist collaborates with the HR Business Partner team and other key stakeholders to support the business needs of LifeNet Health.

What you'll do:

  • Business Partner Support: Partners with the HR Business Partner team to support employee and business needs. Assists with preparation of plans, presentations, and reports. Collects and maintains documents, records, and data required on various items including employee relations matters, policy/procedure updates, learning and development, and organizational talent planning.
  • Project Management: Manages and supports projects within the HRBP function. Creates a cadence, manages responsibilities, and executes actions in accordance with project deadlines. Executes and manages tactical and transactional duties.
  • Employee Relations: Assists with facilitating resolution of employee relations issues, providing support to HRBP. Works with colleagues in HR, legal, and other key stakeholders as appropriate to ensure high quality solutions are consistent with LNH values, federal, state, and local laws. During the investigation process, provides thorough, objective investigation support as needed. Assists with preparing and sending appropriate communications when needed. Prepares employee separation notices and related documentation. Assist with conducting exit interviews and other appropriate engagements when needed.
  • Data Analytics & Reporting: Provides accurate and timely reports and data extraction from relevant HR systems to support departmental and organizational needs on a regular and ad-hoc basis. Utilizes dashboards when necessary to monitor, measure, and analyze relevant data.

What you'll bring (Minimum Requirements):

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Three (3) years of HR experience

Preferred Experience/Skills/Certifications:

  • HR Certification: SHRM-CP, PHR, or equivalent

  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to communicate and build relationships with all professionals at different levels within the organization.
  • Time Management: Ability to prioritize multiple, competing priorities and manage time/workload. Demonstrated ability to effectively prioritize and juggle multiple time sensitive projects, multi-task, identify project interdependencies and potential risks/pitfalls.
  • Attention to Detail: Ability to perform tasks thoroughly and with care; checks work to ensure high degree of accuracy/completeness and early/on-time delivery.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office: PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Outlook, Microsoft Suite.
  • Relationship Building: Ability to build trust and operate with a sense of humor, humility, courage, passion, and integrity for the benefit of the organization.

The pay rate for the successful candidate will depend on geographic location and the candidate's qualifications and prior relevant experience. The pay range for this position is $21.96 hourly (entry- level qualifications) to $29.28 hourly (experienced in this role). *

*Actual compensation may be higher based on the successful candidate's knowledge and relevant experience.

This position is eligible for an annual bonus once eligibility criteria are met.
