We currently have an exciting opportunity available for a Human Resources Specialist in Boca Raton, FL!

This position is primarily responsible for providing coordination, administration and support for Payroll, Benefits, Onboarding and other Human Resource programs and practices.

Qualifications

ESSENTIALS OF THE JOB:

  • Perform payroll functions and calculations; process and generate payroll accurately and efficiently, meeting mandatory deadlines
  • Review all payroll data (new hires, salary changes, separations, etc) entered into payroll system from HR to maintain accuracy and to ensure compliance with federal regulations.
  • Process garnishments, child support and other liens as required.
  • Advise organization on payroll policies and practices.
  • Administer ADMA's Paid Time Off Program, Leave of Absence Program.
  • Day to day transactions interactions, and coordination of Benfits, Compensation, HRIS and Onboarding practices.
  • Maintain benefit enrollments and terminations for salaried and hourly employees.
  • Conduct new hire onboarding/orientation in Boca. Ensure new hire onboarding in plasma center/field locations.
  • Validate and verify COBRA enrollments and terminations.
  • HRIS maintenance and programming. (includes verification of data input into system, data compare between the various systems, create and maintain quarterly audit reports to verify and validate the effective dates of changes within the system as required). Updating of information and documents on Paycom self service portal.
  • Create and manage several HRIS reports including EEO-1, Vets Report, turnover, headcount, service awards and others as required.
  • Assist with annual Service Awards Program.
  • Coordinate/manage Tuition Reimbursement program.
  • Coordinate internal employee transfers
  • Input and analyze background checks. Review, interpret and communicate results. Handle pre-adverse action process.
  • Maintain ADMA Organization Charts.
  • Additional projects as assigned

Education Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in human resources or related discipline.
  • Three plus years of Human Resource experience with particular emphasis in one or more areas of payroll, benefits, and HRIS.
  • Attention to detail with accurate high-quality work.
  • Excellent people skills, flexible; good judgment; ability to handle confidential and/or sensitive information; customer service oriented.
  • Advance level of proficiency with spreadsheet applications.
  • Paycom or experience with another payroll system required. Workday a plus.
  • Ability to coordinate detailed projects over a long period of time and multitask and prioritize.
