Job Description:

Job duties include, but are not limited to:

• Managing employee interviews and hiring process, including addition of employees to HRIS and timekeeping systems
• Weekly hiring and terminations reports
• Communicates with medical, dental and prescription providers about employee information - eligibility, dependent changes, etc.
• Assist employees with locating providers, EOB explanations, Claim resolution and prescription mail ordering.
• Recruiting hourly and non-exempt positions; post jobs internally and externally.

• Accurately completing all aspects of recruiting and management, including processing background checks and coordinating follow-up drugs screens as needed.
• Participate in New Hire Orientation.
• Responsible for food safety, food defense, and food quality.
• Other duties as assigned.
