Human Resources Specialist

Addison Group has an immediate opening for an HR Specialist. The ideal candidate has 1-2 years experience in HR and is experienced with assisting with recruiting and candidate onboarding. This will be a fully in office position in Oklahoma City. This will be a Direct Hire position with the opportunity to grow in the role and attend company retreats as time goes on!

Compensation: $50,000/yr

Must have:
- 1-2 years of HR or Recruiting Coordinator experience
- Experienced sourcing and recruiting candidates
- Experienced with employee onboarding
- Comfortable being in a professional office setting and working in Excel
- Bachelor's Degree
