Summary
CYS Service Center (C2SC) is looking for an energetic, motivated person to join their HR Team as a Human Resources Specialist (NAF/Recruitment/Placement) with their Recruitment Branch.
Telework or local/non-local remote work outside of the local commuting area will be considered based on the organization's policy on Remote Work.

- A one year probationary period may be required
- Occasional travel for training purposes to off post locations is required
- This is a CHRA NAF Career Path II position. Incumbent must complete the requirements for CHRA NAF Career Path II within twenty-four (24) months of placement into the position
Qualifications
2. Experience analyzing, evaluating and recommending appropriate resolutions to complex interrelated recruitment and staffing problems and issues.
3. Possess work experience creating and posting vacancy announcements as well as rating applicants for qualifications and eligibility utilizing an automated recruitment and staffing system (i.e. USA Staffing, Avue, Resumix, PeopleSoft, etc.).
4. Possess prior experience using Microsoft Office Programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and the ability to work with a variety of human resources information systems.
The related work experience must have been equivalent in difficulty and complexity to the next lower pay band (NF-03).
Highly Preferred:
In addition to the qualifications listed above, applicants will possess prior work experience in a NAF Human Resources Office in a recruitment and placement capacity and have successfully completed training in Basic Staffing, Customer Service, Organizational Structure, Basic Writing, and Time Management.
