Human Resources/ Strategic Incentives Group - CAO, VP
Job Description
The key focus for the Human Resources and Strategic Incentive Groups (HRSIG) Chief Administrative Officer is to organize the group's administrative operations, ensuring the smooth running of business according to established policies and
vision. This role will focus on three key areas: Finance, Strategy and Project & Client management, and Product management, along with everyday activities. The role reports to the HRSIG COO and Global Head of Talent.
Your duties may include, but are not limited to:• Key Areas of Focus for the Role
o CFO of the team• HRSIG hiring plan + P&L management• Budget preparation and tracking• Vendor management / invoice approval• Tableau dashboard design• IT project ROI analysis
o Strategy and Project & Client Management• Executive Communication / Storytelling (e.g., Board of Director/Senior Leadership communications)• Team upskilling• HRSIG strategic planning• Functional strategic roadmap lead (JIRA)• IT steerco leader• Firm & team "dot-connector"
o Head of Product• Deliver on key technology initiatives (Enterprise Data Warehouse, i.e., Snowflake expansion)• Innovate with stakeholders to identify needs and solutions (Unvested Value, Pay for Performance, Workforce Planning, Comp Anaplan Model)• Create wireframes and specs to connect business users/SMEs with technologist/dev teams• Manage product development from design through production rollout and user change management• Develop, lead, and execute UAT plans

Qualifications:

Expected annual base salary range:
$140,000 - $175,000
Actual base salary within that range will be determined by several components including but not limited to the individual's experience, skills, qualifications and job location. For roles located outside of the US, please disregard the posted salary bands as these roles will follow a separate compensation process based on local market comparables.
Additional compensation: Base salary does not include other forms of compensation or benefits offered in connection with the advertised role.
