Human Resources-Strategic Incentives Group - Product Manager, VP
Job Description
The Product Manager drives HR-SIG digital strategy and execution, co-creating the long-term vision for technology-driven products, tools and applications. A successful PM will promote innovation by ideating opportunities and challenging status quo design in collaboration with HR-SIG Product Owners, HRIS/BXTI and other key stakeholders. They will clearly articulate current vs future state and present a compelling case for the change vision to foster adoption of new solutions that advance digital strategy for HR-SIG.
Product Development
- Define the product strategy across the full lifecycle of the digital platform
- Guide the product plan including prioritization roadmap and backlog
- Facilitate design thinking sessions with Product Owner and key stakeholders, considering multiple personas
- Lead the product design, workflow, and reporting specifications with HRIS and Product Owner; create Product Requirements & Change Management documentation in Jira/Confluence
- Collaborate on config development decisions and UAT/testing with HRIS/BXTI
Project Management
- Identify and mitigate key risks and help to resolve dependencies
- Be prepared and planful, while readily adapting to ambiguity
- Operate with a sense of urgency for execution
- Monitor Jira to ensure we hit ambitious milestones and launch dates
Change Management
- Co-create communications and prepare detailed calendar including multiple phases of outreach to maximize touchpoints with internal/external HR-SIG stakeholders and partners
- Clearly articulate the business case, impact and importance of new product/process
- Anticipate change readiness and speak to varying populations including early adopters; majority; change hesitant
- Develop standardized package of change management tools, executing over an extended time horizon and via multiple formats (e.g., design sessions, executive highlights, open office hours, videos, user guides, live training, etc.) to encourage active dialogue with key stakeholders and allow time for iterative feedback to be incorporated prior to launch
- Stay connected with key stakeholders and provide a feedback loop in partnership with Product Owner for ongoing enhancements
Qualifications:
- Experience in accounting, finance, HR business analysis and/or compensation related roles
- Consultative and customer centric mindset
- Strong analytical and data visualization skills
- Proven ability to design and deliver product innovation
- Experience with technical documentation, project planning techniques, and logging work in project management software in Jira/Confluence
- Ability to create and deliver compelling communications and change management plans
- Clear history of supporting coworkers or peers in learning technical concepts
- Work collaboratively in a dynamic environment

Expected annual base salary range:
$140,000 - $200,000
Actual base salary within that range will be determined by several components including but not limited to the individual's experience, skills, qualifications and job location. For roles located outside of the US, please disregard the posted salary bands as these roles will follow a separate compensation process based on local market comparables.
Additional compensation: Base salary does not include other forms of compensation or benefits offered in connection with the advertised role.
